CLAUDIO REYNA FOUNDATION PROGRAM NEW YORK ACADEMIES In Partnership with New York City Department of Parks and Recreation
	CHELSEA ACADEMY Chelsea Recreation Center (CRC) 430 West 25th Street, Manhattan, NY 10001 Tuesday & Friday 4:30 to 6:00 PM Total Students: 35 - Head Coach: Oscar Gubernati CRC is a NYC Department of Parks & Recreation facility serving a diverse community of children. This Academy location was founded in 2010 and meets twice per week, requires one coach, two volunteers, and two tutors. Uniforms, balls, bags, cones, pinnies and coaching are provided in full by CRF & NIKE.
	HIGHBRIDGE ACADEMY Highbridge Recreation Center (HBRC) West 181 Street & Amsterdam Avenue, Manhattan, NY 10033 Monday & Thursday 4:30 to 6:00 PM Total Students: 43 - Head Coach: Sara Fuentes HBRC is a NYC Department of Parks & Recreation facility in a community in need of a safe-haven for kids. This Academy was founded in 2009, meets twice per week, and requires one coach, three volunteers, and two tutors. Uniforms, balls, bags, cones, pinnies, shin guards and coaching provided by CRF & NIKE.
	RED HOOK ACADEMY Red Hook Recreation Center (RHA) 155 Bay Street, Brooklyn, NY 11232 Wednesday & Friday 4:30 to 6:00 PM Total Students: 39 - Head Coach: Mike Cortese RHA is a NYC Department of Parks & Recreation facility and a new Academy founded in 2011. RHA meets twice per week, requires one coach, three volunteers, and two tutors. Uniforms, balls, bags, cones, pinnies, shin guards and coaching provided by CRF & NIKE.

	St. MARY'S ACADEMY St Mary's Recreation Center (SMRC) St Ann's Avenue - East 149 Street, Bronx, New York Tuesday, Friday 4:30 to 6:00 PM, Saturday 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM Total Students 60 - Head Coach: Luis Nunez SMRC is a NYC Department of Parks & Recreation facility serving a community of children that need support. This Academy was founded in 2010 and meets three times per week, requires one coach, four volunteers, and three tutors. Tutoring is provided two days per week. Coaching, balls, shin guards and uniforms provided by US Soccer Foundation.
	Al OERTER ACADEMY Al Oerter Recreation Center (AORC) 131-40 Fowler Avenue, Flushing Queens, New York Monday & Wednesday & Thursday 4:30 to 6:00 PM Total Students: 41 - Head Coach: Luis Nunez AORC is a NYC Department of Parks & Recreation facility and one of the newest in New York City. This Academy was founded in 2009 and meets three times per week, requires one coach, three volunteers, and three tutors. Tutoring is provided three days per week. Coaching, balls, shin guards and uniforms provided by US Soccer Foundation.

	NORTH STAR DOWNTOWN HIGH SCHOOL ACADEMY Uncommon School (DTHS) 10 Washington Place, Newark, New Jersey 07102 Monday & Wednesday 5:00 to 6:30 PM Total Students: 38 Head Coach: Josh Morgan Our DTHS academy team was founded in 2010, meets twice per week, and requires one coach and two volunteers. Our direct line of communication with the school allows us to keep up with the performance of the students in our program. Children who receive subpar test results, miss homework assignments or have a discipline issue during the day are not allowed to participate in that day's soccer session. Uniforms, balls, bags, cones, pinnies, shin guards and coaching are provided in full by CRF & NIKE. This Academy participates in the community project "Keep Our Park Clean" program where students help maintain Washington Park and Military Park in Newark, NJ.
	NORTH STAR VAILSBURG MIDDLE SCHOOL ACADEMY Uncommon School (VMS) 24 Hazelwood Ave, Newark, New Jersey 07106 Tuesday & Wednesday 4:00 to 5:30 PM Total Students: 28 Head Coach: Waldemar Patino VMS is located in Newark, NJ and is also the least soccer conducive facility, with only cafeteria and parking lot space available for play. This Academy team was founded in 2010, meets twice per week and requires one coach and two volunteers. Our direct line of communication with the school allows us to keep up with the performance of the students in our program. Children who receive subpar test results, miss homework assignments or have a discipline issue during the day are not allowed to participate in that day's soccer session. Uniforms, balls, bags, cones, pinnies, shin guards and coaching are provided in full by CRF & NIKE. This Academy participates in the community project "Help the Hungry" by providing services at the nearby soup kitchen.
	ST BENEDICT'S PREP ACADEMY St Benedict's Preparatory School (SBP) 520 Martin Luther King Blvd, Newark, NJ 07102 Tuesday & Wednesday 6:30 to 8:00 PM Total Students: 24 Head Coach: Waldemar Patino SBP is a legendary institution in the City of Newark, and has served the community for over 150 years. This Academy location was founded in 2008 and meets twice per week, requires one coach, one volunteer, and two tutors. Tutoring is provided two days per week. Uniforms, balls, bags, cones, pinnies, shin guards and coaching provided in full by CRF & NIKE. This Academy participates in the community project "Feed Those in Need", hosted at Newark Abbey. Children help with food drives and facility maintenance.
	ST MARY'S ACADEMY St Mary's School (SMS) 520 Martin Luther King Blvd, Newark, NJ 07102 Tuesday & Thursday 2:45 to 4:00 PM Total Students: 32 Head Coach: Tomas Kovacs The SMS Academy team was founded in 2010 and meets twice per week, requires one coach, two volunteers, and two tutors. Uniforms, balls, bags, cones, pinnies, shin guards and coaching provided in full by CRF & NIKE. This Academy participates in the community project "Feed Those in Need", hosted at Newark Abbey. 	NORTH STAR CLINTON HILL MIDDLE SCHOOL ACADEMY Uncommon School (CHMS) 600 Clinton Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07108 Monday Wednesday & Friday 4:00 to 5:30 PM Total Students: 56 - Head Coach: Tomas Kovacs CHMS is located on Clinton Ave, at one time named "one of the most dangerous streets in America". Despite adverse challenges the school thrives and provides tremendous opportunities for students. This Academy was founded in 2010, meets three days per week, and requires one coach and three volunteers. Our direct line of communication with the school allows us to keep up with the performance of the students in our program. Children who receive subpar test results, miss homework assignments or have discipline issues during the school day are not allowed to participate in that day's soccer session. Coaching balls, cones, shin guards provided by CRF. Uniforms provided by US Soccer Foundation. This Academy participates in the community project "Help the Hungry" by providing services at the nearby soup kitchen.
	NORTH STAR MIDDLE SCHOOL ACADEMY Uncommon School (DTMS) 10 Washington Place, Newark, New Jersey 07102 Monday Wednesday & Friday 4:00 to 5:30 PM Total Students 51 - Head Coach: Chris Condron DTMS is an Uncommon School located in the heart of Newark. This Academy team was founded in 2010, meets three days per week, and requires one coach and two volunteers. Our direct line of communication with the school allows us to keep up with the performance of the students in our program. Children who receive subpar test results, miss homework assignments or have discipline issues during the school day are not allowed to participate in that day's soccer session.
