Welcome Soccer Fans

On behalf of my Foundation I would like to congratulate everyone involved in the second edition of the Showdown in Chinatown on June 24, 2009. Once again the incredible roster of NBA stars Steve Nash, Tony Parker, Grant Hill, Chris Bosh joined soccer greats Thierry Henry, Javier Zanetti, Ivan Cordoba, Mathieu Flamini, Salomon Kalou and Adrian Mutu for an entertaining charity soccer match in the lower east side in Manhattan. This year we had the great pleasure to provide free soccer clinics to NYC Kids in the morning, as well as our Claudio Reyna Youth Academies Pre Match before the Pro Game.

I cannot express enough gratitude to Steve Nash, his foundation and Football for Good, All Players, NYC Department of Parks & Recreation, IMG, The Sponsors, Coaches and Volunteers for making a dream day possible...
