Claudio Reyna Foundation proudly announced the new partnerships with New York City Department of Parks & Recreation. With a new program the foundation will provide free soccer academies in NYC Parks & Recreational centers based in low income communities, serving underprivileged kids trough Soccer, Education and Community Involvement.

Showdown in Chinatown Partners.

Claudio Reyna Foundation would like to congratulate the Steve Nash Foundation and Football for Good for co sponsoring the 2009 Showdown in Chinatown, a celebrity soccer match between NBA and Soccer Stars in the lower east side in Manhattan. The event is free to the public to promote soccer in NYC.

PUPI Foundation.

Claudio and his foundation will continue to work with Javier and Paula Zanetti’s PUPI Foundation and expand their assistance to disadvantaged and diversely talented children in USA and Argentina. Javier and Paula Zanetti have decided to set their Foundation up with the aim of involving all sectors of society, and to lend their support to a very deprived area of Argentina. The Zanettis have created an mechanism through which the most socially disadvantaged and diversely talented children can receive, from their infancy, the help and education that they need at every stage of their lives.
